Facility Reservation Form

Do you have an event coming up that you would like to be put on the church calendar? Use this form to let us know! We will contact you when all is set or if we need additional info.

You must use this form to reserve River House church for church and non-church events

All requests are subject to approval by the Leadership Team and will be determined by a variety of factors.
  • All reservation and cleaning fees will be determined by the Leadership Team on a case-by-case basis. If any fees are required, it will be communicated via email before the reservation is confirmed.
  • If a cleaning fee is not required, you are expected to thoroughly clean the space you use in readiness for the next group. This includes wiping down tables, washing and putting away dishes, rinsing out sink, sweeping the floor, cleaning up spills, tidying up the restrooms, and removing trash.
    • If a cleaning fee is waived and the facility is not cleaned after your event, you will be charged a cleaning fee.
  • You must provide your own paper products such as plates, napkins, cups, and cutlery (restroom supplies are provided by church).
  • All church events will have priority over non-church events.
    • For non-church events, priority will be given at the discretion of the Leadership team based on any of the criteria on this reservation request form.
    • We reserve the right to cancel any approval if the needs and availability of the church changes. If this should occur, any fees paid will be fully refunded.
